YONDER VENUE HIRE GUIDELINES

Yonder is available for hire at the rate of $100 per hour.

This is from a start time no earlier than 5pm. 

Bar Tab

In addition to the hourly rate, a minimum bar tab of $1,000 applies to all functions. This bar tab is limited to approved guests of the function. Yonder will take all reasonable steps are taken to ensure all guests are relevant to your function (including using your assistance) however Yonder will not be liable if uninvited guests are included on the bar tab. 

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required at least 24 hours prior to the function date and the remainder to be paid prior the function starting.

Capacity

In accordance with Yonder’s Liquor Licence, the maximum capacity is 50. This maximum number applies at all times during opening hours including private functions. Unless previously negotiated, children are not permitted at private functions. 

Clean up (food/decorations)

Cleaning up will begin 15 mins prior to the end of the function time in order to open to the public after the prescribed function ending time (if applicable). 

Breakages
During the function time frame, all breakages are the responsibility of the hirer. This includes, but is not limited to all furniture and property. Drinking glasses are excluded. As the decor in Yonder is original and in most instances difficult to replace, market value will apply in order to replace. The market value will be determined by replacement on eBay/Gumtree etc

RSA - Responsible Service of Alcohol 
In accordance with Yonder’s Liquor Licence and House Rules, it is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to a person who is drunk. The service of intoxicated patrons will not occur. All other liquor licencing requirements will be met during the function as per normal operating hours.
